A free month of service will be applied after the directly referred subscriber has paid their activation fee and three (3) months of service. A free month only applies if the directly referred subscriber is a first-time EZFacility user and you submitted the referral form before their first contact with an EZFacility representative or the referred subscriber indicated they were referred by you during the first contact with an EZFacility representative.
